Cookie Policy

This page explains which cookies we use on the site and why. It is an information notice; it does not ask you to agree to anything. Consent for non-essential cookies is collected separately, in the “Manage preferences” dialog linked in the footer, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Strictly necessary cookies

Required for the site to work. These need no consent and cannot be turned off.

• Session cookie: created when you sign in and lets you see the pages tied to your account. It is held in a form JavaScript cannot read.
• Language preference: remembers whether you see Turkish or English.
• Your cookie choice: stores the decision you make here for six months. Without it we would have to ask you the same question on every page.
• Theme preference: keeps whether you chose the light, dark or system theme in your browser's local storage.
• Form security: we use Cloudflare Turnstile to stop forms being filled in by automated submissions.

Measurement cookies

These run only if you agree to them.

• Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights: measure which pages are visited and how quickly they load, in aggregate. They use no cookies and build no personal profile.
• Visit source: we classify and store which channel you arrived from (Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, WhatsApp, Google and so on). We do not store the tracking identifier in the link or the full address you came from; if you came from a site we do not recognise we keep only that site's domain, and if the link carried a UTM tag we keep only the tag. It is used to see which channel booking requests come from, and expires after thirty days.
• Visit counter: a marker kept for the length of your browser session so the same visit is not counted twice. It is deleted when you close the browser and carries nothing that identifies you.

Marketing cookies

These run only if you agree to them.

• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram): measures whether the ads we run on Facebook and Instagram lead to bookings. For this, _fbp and _fbc cookies are created in your browser and data about your visit is shared with Meta. When you create a booking, the same measurement is also sent from our server.

How to withdraw your consent

Use the “Manage preferences” link in the footer to turn each category off separately. When you withdraw marketing consent we also delete the cookies Meta left behind. You can additionally delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if you block the strictly necessary ones, signing in and booking will not work.
